Anne Østerud

Anne Østerud (born April 23, 1964 in Lørenskog , Norway ) is a Norwegian film editor .

Life

Although Anne Østerud assisted the editor Jørgen Kastrup in editing the film Bare løgn in 1991 , she was only responsible for her first own film editing after graduating from the film school in 1995 . After the short film Sort hjerte and the documentary film Per Kirkeby - vinterbillede , she made her first feature film, Pusher , in 1996 .

She has had a long-term collaboration with the Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn in particular . So she not only cut Bleeder for him , but also Pusher , Pusher II: Respect and Pusher 3 .

In 2017 she was accepted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), which awards the Oscars every year.
