Annet is one of the 134 uninhabited Isles of Scilly in Great Britain . It is about 45 km from Land's End . On Annet there are large breeding colonies of alken birds , such as the puffin , who build their nests in the countless rocky outcrops.
Tourists have the opportunity to take an excursion boat from Hugh Town to drive around the 0.21 km² island and watch the birds.
