The Norrard (Northern) Rocks are a small group of uninhabited islands in the northwest area of ​​the Isles of Scilly . The more than 20 islands are a Protected Site of Special Scientific Interest . Puffins , cormorants , black-headed gulls , razorbills , shags , petrels , gray seals , fulmars , lesser black-backed gulls , guillemots and herring gulls are native here. On the islands grow u. a.
