Annika Ingenpaß (born August 8, 1996 in Kempen ) is a German handball player .

Career

Annika Ingenpaß played handball from the age of five at TS Grefrath, where she was active until the C-youth. She then played for two years at TV Aldekerk . In 2012 she joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen . She won the German A youth championship with Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 2013 and 2014. When she won the final of the German championship in 2013, she was voted best player.

Ingenpaß signed a contract with the German 2014 Bundesliga Volcano Ladies Koblenz / women and was also up in March 2015 by a second game right for the third division HSV Solingen Graefrath eligible to play. With Koblenz, the district player was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2015 .

Her contract with Koblenz was terminated at the beginning of 2016, after which she joined the second Borussia Dortmund team , which competed in the third division , in February of the same year . After the German national player Anne Müller was injured, Ingenpaß also ran for the Bundesliga team of Borussia. With BVB she was in the final of the DHB Cup in 2016 . Then Ingenpaß moved to the Bundesliga club TuS Metzingen . With Metzingen, she was again in the DHB Cup final in 2017. Ingenpaß also took part in the EHF Cup in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons. In summer 2018 she switched to league competitor HSG Bad Wildungen .

Ingenpaß ran for the German youth and junior national team. With these teams she took part in the U-17 European Championship 2013 , the U-18 World Championship 2014 , the U-19 European Championship 2015 and the U-20 World Championship 2016 . At the U-18 World Cup in 2014, she won the silver medal. Ingenpaß was also elected to the All-Star team at the U-20 World Cup .
