Anthony Weber (born June 11, 1987 in Strasbourg ) is a French football player who has been under contract with Stade Brest in Ligue 2 since 2017 .

Career

Anthony Weber started his career at Racing Strasbourg . He made his professional debut on the 33rd match day (April 24, 2007) of Ligue 2 2006/07 , against his later club Stade Reims , came on in the 18th minute for Kevin Gameiro . In the end, they rose to Ligue 1 . In the 2007/08 season Weber was denied a mission. In the end, Racing Strasbourg was relegated from Ligue 1. After he was only on the bench in the first half of the 2008/09 season, Weber moved to the lower class of French football during the winter break, on loan, and signed on to Paris FC . After half a year he was firmly committed and became a regular player there. Weber switched back to professional football in 2010 and hired at Stade Reims, which had previously been promoted to Ligue 2. Since 2012 he has been playing with the team from Champagne in France's top division. In the 2013/14 season he set a negative record there with three own goals.
