Antoinette Becker (born April 5, 1920 in Strasbourg as Antoinette Mathis , † August 29, 1998 in Berlin ) was a French-German children's and youth author .

Life

Antoinette Mathis was secretary at the chair of the National Socialist constitutional lawyer Ernst Rudolf Huber at the University of Strasbourg ; the war wounded Hellmut Becker was an assistant there. Together with the lawyer and later educational politician, she ran an educated middle-class house in Kressbronn and raised six children, including criminal defense lawyer Nicolas Becker , psychoanalyst Stephan Becker , sex researcher Sophinette Becker and foster son Joachim Nettelbeck .
