Anton Reinhard Falck
Anton Reinhard Falck (born March 19, 1777 in Utrecht , † March 16, 1843 in Brussels ) was a Dutch politician and diplomat .
Life
Falckgenoss trained in law and worked as a lawyer in Amsterdam . 1802–1806 he was the legation secretary in Madrid , in 1808 he entered the department of maritime affairs and the colonies as general secretary and in 1813 worked for the House of Orange . He became Secretary of State after the Restoration and was Minister of Public Education, National Industry and the Colonies from 1818 to 1824. He was then transferred to the Dutch envoy to the court of St. James in London. After Belgium separated from Holland , he lived in The Hague without an office from 1832. He went to Brussels as envoy in 1840 and died there in 1843.
Falck was a member of the Freemasons Association . There he held the office of the assigned Grand Master of the Great East of the Netherlands .
