Anton Spilmann (III.) (* Around 1470 ; † around 1548 in Bern ) was a Bernese statesman.

Anton Spilmann was born to Gilian Spilmann and Anna Simon. He inherited the rule of Kehrsatz from his father . Around 1490 he married Dorothea Ross, daughter of Peter Ross and Verena Schopfer. From 1490 he is recorded as a member of the Bernese Grand Council, from 1494 as a member of the Small Council . In 1495 he was mayor of Burgdorf and in 1505 mayor of Murten , in 1506 bailiff of Nidau and in 1508 Venner . In 1506 he went on a pilgrimage and educational trip to Santiago de Compostela together with Wolfgang May . In the Koniz uprising of 1513 he was charged with bribery. As a Bernese negotiator, Spilmann was suspected of having accepted French pension funds during the Milan Wars.
