Antonin Rüttimann

Antonin Rüttimann (born October 20, 1710 in Lucerne ; † April 12, 1754 ) was librarian at the St. Gallen monastery from 1746 to 1748 .

Life

He was born as the son of Karl Anton Rüttimann and Maria Anna Wagner. On September 23, 1723 Antonin Rüttimann came to St. Gallen, where he made his profession six years later on May 8, 1729 . On June 7, 1732 he became subdeacon , on June 19, 1734 deacon and priest finally His March 17, 1736. First Mass celebrated, he was on 12 October of the same year on April 15, 1736. Two years later, at only 44 years old, he died of an illness.

Act
