Apostolic Nunciature for Liberia
The Apostolic Nunciature for Liberia is the official diplomatic mission of the Holy See in the West African state of Liberia . The apostolic nuncio is Archbishop Dagoberto Campos Salas , who also heads the Apostolic Nunciatures in Gambia and Sierra Leone .
The representation was initially set up in 1951 as an Apostolic Delegation and on March 7, 1966, was elevated to the status of an Apostolic Nunciature .
