The Río Arandilla is an approx. 51 km long tributary of the Duero in the south of the northern Spanish province of Burgos .

The Río Arandilla rises at the foot of the Sierra de la Demanda a few kilometers north of the village of Huerta de Rey and flows into the Duero in the urban area of Aranda de Duero. The road distance between the two places is approx. 40 km. In its final section between Peñaranda de Duero and its mouth, the river flows through the Ribera del Duero wine-growing region .
