Arantxa Lancho (born February 23, 2000 ) is a German ski jumper with Peruvian roots.

Career

Arantxa Lancho starts for SG Nickelhütte Aue . She made her debut on August 14th and 15th, 2013 in two competitions in Pöhla in the Alpencup , in which she finished 24th twice. In the following years she continued to compete regularly in the Alpencup and has so far achieved two podium places, both in August 2016 at competitions in Bischofsgrün .

On September 19 and 20, 2015, Lancho made her debut in Oslo ( Midtstuen ) in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup and finished in 15th and 24th place. At her next start in the Continental Cup in December 2016 in Notodden , she achieved sixth and 16th places her first top 10 result and thus tenth place in the winter ranking of the 2016/17 COC season .

Arantxa Lancho started the ski jumping World Cup for the first time on January 31, 2016 in Oberstdorf , but with a 32nd place just missed the second run and her first World Cup points.
