The workers' house is a building from the late 19th century in Darmstadt-Kranichstein in Hesse .

History and description

The free-standing, eaves-standing semi-detached house was built in 1880. The three-storey , two-tone brick building has a hipped gable roof and triangular dormers . Two-story self-catering stables with a pent roof on the rear part of the property belong to the workers' house.

Monument protection

The socially interesting building ensemble is exemplary of the architecture of the simple multi-storey workers' apartment building at the end of the 19th century . For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
