Arndt Severing

Arndt Severing (born March 31, 1973 ) is a former German basketball player .

career

Severing played in the youth of TV Gerthe in Bochum . In the early 1990s he played for SVD 49 Dortmund in the 2nd Bundesliga and from 1993 for TuS Herten (then renamed Ruhr Devils), with whom he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 1995  and there until the team withdrew was active during the 1997/98 season.

The 2.03 meter tall indoor player joined SVD 49 Dortmund again from 2000 and FC Schalke 04 in the Regionalliga from 2003 , then in the 2nd Bundesliga until 2007. In the 2007/08 game year Severing was initially on the field for Citybasket Recklinghausen before returning to Dortmund during the season.
