Arnold Ludwig von Röhl

Arnold Ludwig Roehl († 1813 ) was a Prussian officer .

Life

Roehl was the son of a Prussian high commissioner and a born Meyer.

Together with his brother Ernst Andreas von Röhl (1761-1830), who later became a Prussian major general , he joined the Prussian army . In August 1794 he was awarded the rank of first lieutenant in the fusilier battalion "Lega" and adjutant of the lieutenant general von Courbiere the order Pour le Mérite . 1806 he was the captain of the Fusilier Battalion "Stutterheim" (No. 21), but from the 1808 4th Infantry Regiment with pension dimittiert .

He was reactivated in the Wars of Liberation and died in 1813 with the rank of major and battalion commander in the Russian-German Legion .
