The Arroyo Rolón is a river about eleven kilometers long in western Uruguay .

It rises at the Estancia Rolon , near Sarandí de Navarro in the eastern part of the Río Negro department and, after flowing off in a northwest-southeast direction, flows into the Río Negro as a right-hand tributary .

The river has ten tributaries and flows through an agricultural region. Several hectares of forest have been planted on the lower reaches.
