The Arroyo del Sauce is a river in Uruguay .
It rises in the Cuchilla Grande Inferior a few kilometers northeast of Ismael Cortinas , southwest of La Casilla and immediately west of the Ruta 23 running there . From there it flows in the area of the Flores department in a westerly direction. It flows north of Ismael Cortinas as a right-hand tributary into the Arroyo del Arenal .
