Arshan ( Russian Аршан) is a mountain and climatic health resort in Tunkinsky Rajon , Republic of Buryatia , ( Russia ). It is located at an altitude of 900  m in the eastern Sajan Mountains . The place has 2435 inhabitants (as of 2009).
