Arthur Bodenmüller is a former German skier who was active in Nordic skiing and biathlon .

Career

Ski jumping

Bodenmüller made his international debut at the start of the Four Hills Tournament 1957/58 on December 29, 1957 in Oberstdorf . He jumped to rank 37. After he only jumped to rank 46 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , he broke off the tour after only two competitions and in the end reached rank 49 of the tour's overall ranking. Also in the Four Hills Tournament 1958/59 he did not start again in all competitions. Despite this, after a 41st place in Oberstdorf, a 40th place in Garmisch and a 24th place in Innsbruck, he ended up with 41st place, the best result in the overall ranking in the course of his active career. After a year of international break, Bodenmüller returned to the Four Hills Tournament in 1960/61 in Oberstdorf, but after 59th place was only 73rd place overall.

Nordic combination

In 1965 Bodenmüller was Bavarian champion in Nordic combined.

Cross-country skiing

In 1969 Bodenmüller won the second edition of the König-Ludwig-Lauf .

biathlon

In biathlon Bodenmüller started at the Biathlon World Championships in Zakopane in 1969 and reached 30th place in the individual.
