Arthur Heinrich Lippert

Arthur Heinrich Lippert (born January 13, 1879 in Waldheim in Saxony , † June 13, 1948 in Dresden ) was a German modeller and sculptor .

Bronze figure of Christ as a sower , Hansel hereditary burial site on the Radewitzer Höhe near Nossen , figure has been completed again. Status: 10-2014

Life

Arthur Heinrich Lippert was the son of the chair maker Heinrich Traugott Lippert and his wife Annemarie Auguste, nee Höhle. After primary school in Waldheim, he began an apprenticeship as a wood sculptor and then went hiking in Austria , France and Switzerland . He then studied at the Dresden School of Applied Arts . In 1907 he continued his studies at the Dresden Art Academy , where he was a master student of Robert Diez . In 1926 he settled as a freelance sculptor in the Villa Johanna on Friedrich-Hegel-Strasse in Dresden- Plauen . By 1934 he also had a second studio on Mathildenstrasse. In 1948 he died in Dresden and was buried in the Obere Plauen cemetery .
