Reviews

Kathrin Hollmer writes on sueddeutsche.de that the series delivers "[with] brilliant pictures and a top-class cast [...] proof that sophisticated comedy noir also works in Germany" and reminds "of the dynamism of the first season of the US hit series Fargo In contrast, Oliver Kaever says on Spiegel Online that this comparison is “extremely high.” While the US model rose “in spheres of elementary, almost existential drama”, Arthur's law “got stuck in the stench of German staunchness”.
