Artjom Antonevitch ( Russian Артём Андреевич Антоневич ; born October 27, 1993 in Moscow , Russia ) is a Russian - German handball player who is mostly used on the right wing .
Career
The 1.79 m tall and 89 kg heavy left-hander began playing handball at TSG Emmerthal. In 2010 he joined the youth department at GWD Minden . With the A-youth team, he won the north relay of the A-youth handball Bundesliga 2011/12 and threw his team into the semifinals with 11 goals against SG Flensburg-Handewitt . There he was subject to the handball academy of VfL Gummersbach . From 2012 he was in the squad for both the Bundesliga and the 3rd division . On September 12, 2012 he made his Bundesliga debut at THW Kiel , where he also scored his first goal. In summer 2015 he switched to TV Emsdetten . On December 21, 2016, TV Emsdetten announced the termination of the contract with Antonevitch. For Emsdetten he scored 133 goals in 45 games. After Antonevitch was subsequently without a contract, he joined HSG Burgwedel for the 2017/18 season .
After he was not yet eligible to play for Germany for the 2011 Junior World Cup, he made his debut against Poland on February 26, 2012 in Hamm.

Private
Artjom Antonevitch comes from a family of athletes who came to Germany in 1993. His father Andrej became world handball champion in 1993 with Russia , his mother Marina was a Russian long jump champion and his older sister Nastja plays for the women's third division HSG Pforzheim .
