The 2007/08 season was the fifth season of the Asia League Ice Hockey , the highest East Asian ice hockey division . The Ōji Eagles became champions for the first time in the club's history .

mode

In the regular season, each of the seven teams played a total of 30 games. The six best-placed teams of the regular season qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played, with the two best-placed teams qualifying directly for the playoff semifinals. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a draw and a defeat after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
