The 2010/11 season was the eighth season of the Asia League Ice Hockey , the highest East Asian ice hockey division . Due to the destruction caused by the Tōhoku earthquake in March 2011, the staging of the final series became impossible, whereupon the finalists Tohoku Free Blades and Anyang Halla were named joint champions. For Anyang Halla it was the second and for the Tohoku Free Blades the first championship title in the club's history.

mode

In the regular season, each of the seven teams played a total of 36 games. The top five teams of the regular season qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played, with the top three teams qualifying directly for the playoff semifinals. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime or shootout, one point for a defeat after overtime or shootout and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
