The Asse de Moriez is a river in France that runs in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region . It rises in the southern municipality of Moriez , drains in a loop across north to west and flows after about 13 kilometers in the municipality of Barrême as a left tributary into the Asse de Clumanc , which about 200 meters further also receives the Asse de Blieux and only from there Is called aces . The neighboring state forest is therefore also called Forêt Domaniale des Trois Asses . In its lower reaches, the river is accompanied by the Nice – Digne-les-Bains railway .
