Asystel Volley Novara was an Italian women's volleyball club from Novara , which participated in the top Italian league, the A1 series , as well as the Volleyball Champions League .
history
From 2001 to 2003 AGIL Volley Novara played under the sponsor name Asystel Novara in the A1 series. In 2003, AGIL decided to concentrate on youth work again and transferred the playing rights to the newly founded club Asystel Volley Novara . Novara won the Italian Supercup in 2003 and 2005, the Cup competition in 2004, the Top Teams Cup in 2006 and the CEV Cup in 2009. In 2005 they were in the final of the Volleyball Champions League , which was lost to Foppapedretti Bergamo . In 2004 and 2009 Asystel also reached the playoff finals of the A1 series, but could never become champions.
In 2012 Asystel Volley Novara was dissolved.
