In 2003 she moved within the Hanseatic city to the Bundesliga club TV Fischbek (since 2006 NA. Hamburg). Two years later, the outside attacker was nominated for the senior national team for the first time . The then Polish coach, Andrzej Niemczyk, wanted to win her for the Polish team, but Kozuch had decided against the two-year blocking period when changing the national team. In the same year she was named Hamburg's Sportswoman of the Year. However, the 2006 World Cup in Japan was not so successful; in the end it was only enough for eleventh place. In summer 2007 she won the European Grand Prix qualification with the team and finished sixth at the European Championships in Belgium and Luxembourg.
