August Philipp Conrad Paschen , also Philipp Conrad August Paschen , Konrad Paschen (born February 14, 1814 in Schwerin , † November 18, 1882 in Rostock ) was a German lawyer. From August 10 until it was dissolved on August 22, 1849, he was a member of the Mecklenburg Assembly of Representatives .

August Philipp Conrad Paschen was one of eight children of the government registrar and later court counselor Carl Friedrich Paschen and his wife, Sophie Christiane, geb. Hommel. The lawyer and geodesist Friedrich Paschen was his oldest brother. Another brother, (Heinrich Friedrich) Wilhelm Paschen (* July 5, 1806 in Schwerin, † January 29, 1879 in Bützow), was mayor first in Brüel , then in Bützow .

He attended the Gymnasium Fridericianum Schwerin and studied law. In Rostock he joined the Corps Vandalia Rostock in 1828 .

After passing his legal exam, he practiced as a lawyer in Waren (Müritz) and became a legally qualified councilor (senator).

In a by-election in the constituency of Mecklenburg-Schwerin 81: Basedow for the Mecklenburg Assembly of Representatives, he was elected Member of Parliament on August 10, 1849. Here he joined the parliamentary group right center .

On July 16, 1851 he was appointed judicial councilor and law firm advocate at the Schwerin judicial office on the basis of his standing presentation . In 1856 he was transferred to the law firm in Güstrow . On July 23, 1864, he was transferred to the Rostock law firm and promoted to vice-director. He was a member of the Legal Examination Commission. With the introduction of the Reich Justice Laws , he was put into retirement. In retirement he was a notary and admitted to the bar at the Rostock Higher Regional Court .

He was married to Dora, born on October 3, 1853. Knaudt (* 1829), a daughter of the Schwerin government councilor Johann Friedrich Knaudt (1792–1868).
