Augustin (Wolfgang) Reslhuber (* 5. June 1808 in Garsten , † 25. September 1875 in Kremsmünster ) was an Austrian Benedictine - Abt , scientists, politicians and educational worker.

Wolfgang Reslhuber attended the Stiftsgymnasium Kremsmünster and also joined the Stift Kremsmünster in 1828 . He studied theology in Linz, then theology and astronomy at the University of Vienna. In 1833 he was ordained a priest and then worked as an assistant priest in Ried, adjunct at the Kremsmünster observatory , from 1841 as professor of natural history at the collegiate high school and from 1857 as director of the observatory. From 1853 he was a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences . From 1860 he was abbot of the Kremsmünster Benedictine Abbey.

From 1861 to 1870 he was a member of the state parliament for large estates in Upper Austria, and from 1872 a member of the manor house .
