Augustine Kim Jong-soo (born February 8, 1956 in Pyongyang , North Korea ) is a North Korean clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Daejeon .

Life

Augustine Kim Jong-soo received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Daejeon on February 13, 1989 .

On February 10, 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Sufasar and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Daejeon. The bishop emeritus of Daejeon, Joseph Kyeong Kap-ryong , donated him episcopal ordination on March 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Seoul , Cardinal Nicholas Cheong Jin-suk , and the Bishop of Daejeon, Lazarus You Heung-sik .
