Attractions

On the banks of the Río Ausín there are few sights of a natural or cultural nature: the Palacio de Saldañuela near Sarracín is a remarkable example of rural Renaissance architecture. The Mudéjar tower of the Church of San Miguel Arcángel in Arcos de la Llana is unique in the area - as is the Romanesque baptismal font and the console figures in or on the Church of San Esteban in Cayuela . The castle ( castillo ) and the baptismal font in the church of San Pedro Apóstol in Cavia are also worth seeing.
