The Bès is a mountain river in France that runs in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region . It rises in the French Maritime Alps , in the Massif des Trois-Évêchés , under the name Ravin des Fraches , in the municipal area of Seyne , generally drains to the southwest and flows 39 kilometers north of Digne-les-Bains , on the municipal border with Marcoux , as right tributary into the Bléone .
