Bécancour is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Center-du-Québec and consists of twelve subordinate administrative units (one city, eight municipalities and three districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Bécancour . The population is 19,461 and the area is 1143.2 km², which corresponds to a population density of 17.0 inhabitants per km².
