L'Érable is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Center-du-Québec and consists of eleven subordinate administrative units (two cities, six municipalities and three districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Plessisville . The population is 22,961 and the area is 1288.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 17.8 inhabitants per km².
