Arthabaska is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Center-du-Québec and consists of 23 subordinate administrative units (four cities, 13 municipalities, two cantonal municipalities and four districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Victoriaville . The population is 69,547 and the area 1885.3 km², which corresponds to a population density of 36.9 inhabitants per km².
