The Alliance for Justice between Israelis and Palestinians (BIP) eV , formerly the Alliance to End the Israeli Occupation (BIB) e. V. , is a German association based in Lübeck . According to his own statements, he advocates that “German politics position itself without exception to respect human rights, even when it comes to the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories and the blockade of Gaza ”.

criticism

Thorsten Schmitz referred in the Süddeutsche Zeitung to the website of the BIP, which shows "understanding for militant Palestinians ". In the Jerusalem Post , Benjamin Weinthal alleged a connection to the boycott movement BDS . Andreas Zumach, advisory board member of the association, on the other hand, expressly rejected the BDS campaign to boycott and take measures against all of Israel. It hits the wrong person, "because there are people in Israel who are against the government's policies." However, he does not consider the BDS to be anti-Semitic .
