Bērze (German: Behrshof) is a place in Latvia in the region Semgallen (Latvian: Zemgale ), where the boundary between Kurland and Zemgale is not clearly defined. In the early modern period, Zemgale was part of the Duchy of Courland and Zemgale , which was converted into the Russian Governorate of Courland in 1795.
The place belongs to the municipality of Bērze (Bērze pagasts) in the Dobele district . Miltiņi and Šķibe also belong to the municipality. Through the territory of the river of the same flows Bērze .
