history

The 58 type C freight locomotives procured by the BEB were delivered by the WRB locomotive factory and the Floridsdorf locomotive factory between 1870 and 1873. They were classified as BEB III and were given the road numbers 113–170.

After nationalization in 1923, 54 machines came to the Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD), which gave them the series designation 322.2. The vehicles in this series were withdrawn from service until 1949.
