Babacar Mbaye Diop (born October 21, 1993 in Dakar ) is a Senegalese football player .

Career

Babacar Diop was born in the Senegalese capital Dakar and started playing club football here.

During the winter break of the 2011/12 season, he reached an agreement with the Turkish first division club Kayserispor . So far he has been mostly active in the reserve team, but he has also played a Süper Lig game for the professional team.

In April 2015 he dissolved his contract with Kayserispor by mutual agreement and left the club after three years of membership. After that he was without a club for half a year and then joined Yozgatspor in January 2016 , for which he ran up until September of the same year. His next station was Gebzespor until September 2017 , which he then turned his back on and switched to Fatsa Belediyespor . In the following season he played at the under-class club Manavgat Belediyespor . For the remainder of 2019, he then moved to North Cyprus to Doğan Türk Birliği . In January 2020 he then went to Finland to the first division club Turku PS .
