The building is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register and is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1895/96 for the pharmacist C. Junius . R. Herrmann was responsible for the planning and construction . The facade design of the historic building is characterized by yellow clinker bricks. The cornices and window frames are provided with plaster decorations. The structure itself has a very cubic appearance.
The house entrance is on the side of the building. In front of it is a wooden portico with pillars.
