The Baines River is a river in the northwest of the Australian Territory Northern Territory . Often it has little or no water in the dry season .

geography

River course

The river arises in the Auvergne settlement northwest of Gregory National Park from the East Baines River and the West Baines River . It flows northeast and flows into the Victoria River about 20 kilometers west of Bradshaw .
