Balthasar Ranner (born May 15, 1852 in Aßlkofen , † July 21, 1920 in Ebersberg ) was a farmer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Ranner attended elementary school in Ebersberg. Active in agriculture, in 1871 after his father's death he took over the management of his father's property, which he owned in 1886. He was a member of the local council and the agricultural district committee.

From 1899 to 1907 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies and from 1898 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Upper Bavaria 7 ( Rosenheim , Ebersberg , Miesbach , Tölz ) and the German Center Party .
