The Baojun 510 is a crossover SUV from the Baojun brand belonging to the Chinese automobile manufacturer SAIC GM Wuling , which has been available since 2017 .
history
The vehicle was presented in November 2016 at the Guangzhou Auto Show . It has been on sale in China since February 2017. It is not available in other markets.
The Chevrolet Groove presented in 2020 based on the 510 is intended for the South American market .

When in 2017 carried out C-NCAP - Crash Test got the vehicle an overall rating of four stars out of five possible.
Technical specifications
The Baojun 510 is powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a maximum output of 82 kW (111 hp). Only a 6-speed manual transmission was available at the market launch . A 5- speed automatic transmission has also been available since September 2017 . Since all-wheel drive is not available for the crossover SUV, all variants have front-wheel drive . With the conversion of the drive to the China VI emissions standard, the engine has only developed 77 kW (105 PS) since July 2019.
