Baojun

Baojun ( simplified Chinese : 宝 骏; traditional Chinese : 寳 駿; pinyin : Bǎojùn; literally: "cherished horse" ) is a car brand from the People's Republic of China .

Brand history

The company SAIC GM Wuling from Liuzhou began 2010 with the production of automobiles with the brand name Baojun .

The Baojun 630 was the first model to appear as a four-door sedan . Production started in November 2010.

The Baojun Lechi is a version of the Chevrolet Matiz .

The Baojun 610 was presented at Auto China 2014.

In July 2014, the Van Baojun 730 appeared with seven seats.

The Baojun 560 SUV was presented at Auto Shanghai in 2015.

The Baojun 330 was presented at the 2015 Guangzhou Auto Show .

The Baojun 310 small car based on the Baojun 330 was presented at Auto China in April 2016 . This came on the market in September 2016. The 310 has also been available in a station wagon version since 2017 .

In October 2016, the first pictures of the Baojun 510 SUV were shown and it was shown to the public at the 2016 Guangzhou Auto Show.

The electrically powered Baojun E100 , which is only 2.49 meters long, was initially only offered in Guangxi from August 2017 . Since June 2018, it has been available everywhere in China with an increased range.

The Van Baojun 360 went on sale in May 2018.

Since June 2018, Baojun has been offering the 530, a 4.66 meter long SUV.

Since September 2018, the Baojun E200, an electrically powered microcar, has been sold in China.

At the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2018, the brand's fourth SUV, the Baojun RS-5, was presented.

In June 2019 the Baojun RC-6 based on the RS-5 was presented.

The Van Baojun RM-5 was presented in September 2019 .

Baojun presented the SUV RS-3 at the end of October 2019.

In 2020, the E300 microcar , the RS-7 van and the RC-5 sedan will be launched .
