Sichuan Auto Industry Group is an automobile manufacturer from the People's Republic of China .
Company history
The company was founded in Chengdu in the 1980s . The production of automobiles began in 1994 at the latest. The brand name is Yema . Production was suspended between 2001 and 2004.
vehicles
In 1995 there was the SQJ 6400 . It was based on the platform of the Suzuki Alto . The vehicles were powered by a 997 cm³ engine .
Between 1994 and 2001, SUVs and five-seat pick-ups were in the range.
In December 2004 the SQJ 6470 A was introduced. This was a two-wheel drive SUV as a station wagon . Its four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 2237 cm³ developed around 102 hp . It was 4800 mm long, 1840 mm wide and 1835 mm high.
The company also manufactured the Austin Maestro under license .
The range in the 2019 model year included the Bojun , T70 and T80 SUVs as well as the Van Spica .
