The company was founded in Shijiazhuang in 1972 . Automobile production began in 2000 at the latest. The brand name was Xiangyi . Vehicle sales are still recorded for 2003, after that no more. With this the track of the company is lost.

The five-seat pick-ups SMG 1030 S and SMG 1030 SY 4x4 had either an engine with 2000 cc and 86 hp or with 2400 cc and 85 hp.
