Chongqing Jiangling Machinery Works was a manufacturer of motors and automobiles in Chongqing ( China ).

Company history

The company started producing car engines in 1984. In 1993, 64,200 JL 462 Q engines were built and sold to other automobile manufacturers such as Jiangsu Jiuzhou Automobile Industry . In 1993 the production of automobiles was added. The brand name was Lingyang . In 1994 43 vehicles were built. Production also ended that year.

The model JLJ 1010 , also called JF 1010 , was on offer . This was a four-door sedan with a notchback . With a wheelbase of 280 cm, the vehicle was 435 cm long, 160 cm wide and 143 cm high. The curb weight was given as 900 kg. A self-made engine with 797 cm³ displacement and 26 kW power propelled the vehicles.
