Baoding Tianma Automobile Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer of automobiles from the People's Republic of China .

Company history

First there was People's Liberation Army Works No. 9506 or Military Factory No. 87491 Military Plant No. 9506 or People's Liberation Army Factory No. 9506 in Baoding .

In 1994 the name was changed to Tianma Auto Works or Baoding Tianma Automobile Plant and Baoding Tianma Auto Works .

In 2002 the next name was changed to Baoding Automobile Co. and Tianma Automobile Co. Ltd. instead of. In 2008 the company name was Baoding Tianma Automobile Co. Ltd.

The first company started producing automobiles in 1987 or 1995. The brand name is Tianma . According to a source, production initially ended in 1998. However, production figures for the years from 2000 are known.

The vehicles have been exported to the Czech Republic , Russia , Saudi Arabia , Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates , at least in the past .
