Chenglong was a brand of automobiles from the People's Republic of China .

Brand history

Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor from Liuzhou introduced the brand for trucks in 1991 and for passenger cars in 1999 . From 1997 the company belonged to Dongfeng Motor Corporation and since 2003 to Dongfeng Motor Company . In 2007 the brand name was given up.

The only series was the Fengxing model based on Mitsubishi Space Gear . This was a van . The versions LZ 6460 Q 7-Q 9 with seven seats and LZ 6500 Q 7-Q 9 with either nine or eleven seats have been handed down. The vehicles were powered by an engine with a capacity of 1997 cc and an output of 109 hp to 111 hp. In 2003 the model was revised. The LT 6480 Q 8 and LZ 6500 Q 8 now optionally had an engine with 2349 cm³ displacement and 126 hp.
