Englon Automobile was a manufacturer of automobiles from the People's Republic of China . But there is also evidence that Englon was just a brand.
Company history
Geely founded the company in Shanghai in 2009 . Market launch was in June 2009. In 2010 Shanghai Maple was integrated. The brand name was Englon . A restructuring was announced in 2014 and was completed in 2016. In this context, the brand name was given up.
vehicles
Englon was Geely's entry-level brand. One of the models was the TX 4 . This typical London taxi had previously been manufactured by London Taxis International before Geely took over LTI.
Another model was the SC 5-RV . A four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1498 cm³ produced 69 kW. With a wheelbase of 2461 mm, the vehicle was 3919 mm long, 1745 mm wide and 1505 mm high.
